RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact your Customer Service Representative, as an approved RMA Return form is required for all returns.  All return authorizations must be issued by Commercial Zone® prior to return or exchange of merchandise. 

A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on merchandise returned ($20 minimum fee), with credits issued for returns meeting all the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Merchandise must be stock items. No returns of custom products will be authorized.
  • Merchandise must be in salable condition upon receipt at an authorized Commercial Zone ® warehouse.
  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging and be unused.
  • A copy of the RMA Return form must be attached to at least one package.
  • Authorized returns must be shipped within 10 days from approval date to the authorized Commercial Zone® warehouse specified on the RMA Return form.
  • Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return freight, which if coordinated by Commercial Zone, will be deducted from any credit issued.

Credits or refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of undamaged, salable product at an authorized Commercial Zone® warehouse. 

Credits will not be issued for freight charges, minimum order fees, or order handling fees for original order.
